Updated: Aug 15, 2022

I was looking into juicing the other day and ran across a few posts where people were asking if it is important if they juice every day. That's a great question that inspired me to write this article. In my opinion, it does matter if you juice every day. But before I go into why, let's talk about what juicing is, and what you're getting out of it.

Juicing is healthier than eating whole fruits and vegetables. Juicing extracts the juice from fresh fruits or vegetables. The liquid contains most of the vitamins, minerals, and plant chemicals (phytonutrients) found in fruit and Vegetables.
By drinking juice, your body can absorb nutrients quickly, without having to digest fibers and other components in whole foods. Juice also allows you to get a broader intake of vitamins and minerals — more so than you may be getting in your regular diet.

Consuming healthy juice every day is a sign of a healthy habit but, choosing a good product for that does matter. Here are some of my favorite juices from which I intake.

1) Banana Smoothie

On top, it has to be the Banana Smoothie I love Banana smoothies. This banana smoothie is great for starting your day, especially if it's a busy morning and you don't have time to cook. Bananas are loaded with potassium, vitamins B6 and C, manganese, and copper—all nutrients that help keep your brain healthy! They also contain tryptophan (which helps improve sleep) and antioxidants that protect against free radicals. To make this recipe even healthier, add chia seeds or flax seed meal for extra fiber…and enjoy!

2) Beetroot Juice

If you’re looking for a good source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, Beetroot Juice is a great option. Beetroot is rich in iron and potassium; it also contains high levels of antioxidants which help protect the body from cell damage. They are also an excellent source of folic acid (vitamin B9) and vitamin C. This fresh Beetroot juice from gives rich taste and color as well as all nutrients to your body.

This juice is also recommended for those who are on the keto diet and this is a perfect side drink for them.

4) Celery juice

Celery juice is a popular and great vegetable to juice because it’s a good source of vitamin K, which helps protect against cardiovascular disease. It contains potassium, magnesium, and other vitamins and minerals. Celery is known for its diuretic properties, so it helps flush out excess water from the body and reduce bloating in the digestive tract.

Celery juice is recommended for people who have problems with their liver because it helps cleanse blood streams by removing harmful toxins that have accumulated there. It’s also beneficial for people with kidney issues since it aids in detoxification while providing antioxidants to help repair damaged tissue in those organs moreover, Celery contains amino acids that help improve digestion by stimulating enzymes needed for the proper functioning of cells in the stomach lining when combined with other juices such as carrot or cucumber juice which are also available on

5) Flat Tummy Juice

Another one is to lose weight; juicing can be a great benefit. All of the vitamins and minerals from fresh fruits and vegetables will help your body maintain a healthy weight. If you have digestive issues, juicing can help with those as well. Some studies have shown that drinking fresh juice every day may improve your digestion, providing benefits such as reduced bloating, improved bowel movements, better absorption of nutrients, and increased energy levels. Juice can also make you feel fuller for longer due to its water content and fiber content. However, some people choose not to drink fresh juice because they believe it's too expensive or too time-consuming. If this is the case for you then there are other alternate are available on the market such as bottled versions that provide similar nutrients but do not require any preparation beforehand – just open up and drink it!
